HOW DO I ORDER?
Our shop is open 24/7. You can shop all offerings online including: Pre-Order, Gift Cards and more.
WHAT IS THE PRE-ORDER DEADLINE?
We operate on a pre-order model that is open 24/7. If you’d like to send a bloom for a special occasion, the deadline to order online is 8:00 PM EST for next day delivery. Simply select the desired delivery date from the dropdown menu and place your order. If the desired date is not shown, it is at capacity or unavailable. Please note: Your order will be delivered on the date you select from the drop-down menu. Next day delivery does not apply to dates that are unavailable and we cannot issue a replacement bloom or refund for incorrectly selected dates. Please double check your order before proceeding to payment.
IS SAME DAY DELIVERY AN OPTION?
In an effort to eliminate waste, we operate on a pre-order basis. This means, we purchase what we need to fulfill standing orders. Our goal is to ensure that flowers are always fresh, seasonal, and to minimize waste.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY DATE SELECTOR WORK?
At checkout, you will be prompted to select your delivery date. This prompt is required to proceed to complete your purchase.

ARE THE FLORAL PHOTOS FEATURED ON THE SITE THE SAME AS THE BLOOM THAT I WILL RECEIVE?
No, the florals featured on our site are provided as a reference for scale + design style. This is the exciting part: our bloom designs change weekly to provide you with a unique floral curation every time.
HOW ARE CB FLORALS PACKAGED/DELIVERED?
All blooms are shipped in vases to ensure that hydration levels are preserved throughout the delivery process. This also enhances the experience for the recipient: having to remove packaging and water tubes increases the chance of our blooms being damaged and results in environmental waste. Our goal is to reduce waste + hassle wherever possible. Our blooms are shipped in elegant vases which are packaged in tissue paper and layered boxes (all recyclable items).
CAN I ORDER A HAND-TIED BLOOM?
Unfortunately, no. To reduce waste and to ensure your bloom arrives looking its best, we ship all our blooms in vases.
WHEN ARE BLOOMS DELIVERED?
Blooms are delivered on the date you select at checkout, between Monday-Saturday, by 5:00PM EST. Other offerings are available for pre-order and will be delivered on the date selected. Due to high demand, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times, but we do guarantee a 5:00 PM EST delivery.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the bloom will be left in the nearest secure location i.e. concierge, reception, or front door. Don’t panic, blooms are shipped in vases, so they will have plenty of water to keep them hydrated. ** Heads up - if there isn't a secure location to leave the bloom, or the weather doesn’t permit for the bloom to be left outside i.e. winter months (too cold: the flowers will freeze and die) or summer months (too hot: flowers will wilt and die) you will be charged an additional fee should we need to make a second delivery attempt. To avoid this, please ensure the recipient is home at the time of delivery and specify any special instructions at checkout. If you are purchasing a bloom for yourself or for someone else, please be sure that delivery arrangements are made beforehand i.e. check condo policy as some concierges will NOT accept flowers. Please note: no refunds will be issued for incorrect delivery addresses or information.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Citizen Bloom delivers to 8 zones within the GTA. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postal code. To find out your delivery charge, please add your item to cart and enter your delivery address. Your delivery charge will populate based on your delivery zone. Furthermore, please refer to our delivery zone charges outlined in the "Postal Code Delivery Zone Charges" chart below.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU OPERATE?
We operate Monday-Friday, except on Public Holidays. However, we will operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Don’t worry, we’ll communicate any closures + extended operating hours via Social Media + our newsletter, so be sure to sign up!
CAN I CUSTOMIZE OR SELECT WHICH FLOWERS I SEND?
No, sorry – our designs, flower types, number of flowers, and colors are not customizable nor do we offer a menu of florals or size options. Sourced daily, our fresh florals are curated into elegant designs based on season, availability, and creative inspiration. Our goal is to ensure that flowers are always fresh, seasonal, and minimize waste. However, if you would like to work with us on a special project: editorial photoshoot, wedding, event, party etc. please contact us!
