Citizen Bloom provides a variety of floral offerings and services. Please read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly to ensure you understand them before making a purchase. The Terms & Conditions contain relevant and important information in regards to delivery, payment, product, pre-order/limited edition purchases, etc.
By purchasing any of our other floral offerings, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Mother Nature (i.e. natural disasters)
Hurricanes, snow storms, wildfires, and other natural disasters can impact floral supply shipments and can result in service interruptions. If an event like this occurs and we foresee it impacting your delivery, we will be sure to inform you in advance. For any blooms orders affected, we will send you a replacement bloom as soon as possible.
Canceling a Pre-Order or Limited Edition Bloom: If you made an advance order and wish to cancel it, you must do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. To cancel an order, or make any changes, please email us ASAP firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to cancel an order 24 hours in advance will result in the order being delivered.
We do not offer refunds. If you received a damaged bloom due to delivery, please email us the day of delivery and include a photograph of the damage, and we will right the situation with a replacement bloom. No refunds will be issued for incorrect delivery addresses or information provided at checkout.
PERSONAL INFORMATION & CUSTOMER DATA
Citizen Bloom does not sell customer data to 3rd parties, and only uses your email address for occasional email updates and notifications.
CREATIVE LISENCE & BLOOM DESIGN CHANGES
We reserve the right to change blooms based on season, availability, and at our own creative discretion.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are valid for 1 year after the date of purchase and expire after that point. Taxes + delivery are additional and are calculated at the time of use by the recipient.
